Olivér Irsai is the first harvested Hungarian grape variety in the middle of August . SELECTION white wine is made from hand-harvested and assorted vineyards from limited vineyards. Its color, aroma and taste also carry the characteristic properties of the Irsai grape. Exploding muscat grape aroma with freesia, elderberry and lemon. Crispy grapes, citrus and salty minerality appear in the taste, which is due to the highly calcareous soil of the Hajós-Baja Wine Region. A high quality, full-bodied, elegant, slightly medium-bodied, yet playfully fruity dry wine. It is also perfect for daily consumption as a refreshing drink or as a splash, if not the best choice. When chilled at 8-10° C, it can be paired with mussels, lettuce or pesto dishes, roasted fish, poultry, roasted turkey, chicken breast, mashed potatoes or rice and with light meals. Heavier dishes, thick sauces, strong juicy foods can suppress the wine, so we do not recommend consuming them!
